All purchases must be returned within 30 days for full refund.
Please Note: All custom-made pieces or personalized items are
non-refundable unless pieces are damaged, in which case we will replace the
damaged item(s). A custom-made piece refers to any item listed
online that has the words custom in the products description or any item that is
manufactured to order. Custom-made pieces are not refundable. A
personalized piece is any item that has been debossed with either monogram or
logo imprint. Personalized pieces are not refundable.
We ask that you insure any packages being returned to our facilities for your
own protection as The Elegant office, Inc cannot be held liable for any damage that may
occurs during return shipping. If any item is returned with damage
then The Elegant Office, Inc reserves the right to refuse credit for the return.

returns must have a return authorization number.
All returns and exchanges are process on Thursday, so please allow for 7 to 10
business days, after receipt to process return..

The Elegant Office Inc. warrants that The Elegant Office brand products are free from defects in materials or workmanship. The Elegant Office will repair or replace with comparable product, at its option and free of charge, any product, part, or component which fails under normal use as a result of such defect. This warranty applies from the date of sale, and is valid only for the original purchaser.
Exclusions
This warranty does not apply to product failure resulting from:
- Normal wear and tear
- Failure to apply, install, or
maintain products according to published The Elegant Office instructions and guidelines
- Abuse, misuse, or accident
- Alteration or modification of
the product
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE SOLE REMEDY FOR PRODUCT DEFECT AND NO OTHER
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY IS PROVIDED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY
